Are people born with leadership? Noel takes us through a breathtaking exploration of the Traits Theory in Leadership, and how that has evolved over his discovery of leadership as a concept. He speaks to being an introvert, and the courage to lead. He also shares some of the challenges of leadership and how we might be able to overcome them.
